Saturday June 25 Art show and silent auction to start Friday
June 24th 5-8 pm
ARTISTS & ARTISANS
I hope you will participate in our seventh annual event! Over the
last six years we have given over $46,000.00 for art education.
The lawn space rent is $50.00. There will be no percentage taken of
your sales on the lawn. The event will be from 10:00 am– 6pm.
We will have an all day silent auction. If you would like to
participate in the auction please let me know the item and the reserve
amount.
You can either donate an item or sell and give a 15% percentage plus
credit card charges (Visa and Master Card) to the Art on the Lawn.
If you would like to be in the Old Home Art show I will need to have your
art (silent auction items too) by Wednesday June
22rd.
The indoor art show and silent auction will open on
Friday the 24th. We will have some light refreshments plus wine
and cheese. Artists are incouraged to come and meet the public
that afternoon. If you want to participate please let me know
early so I can
advertise the artists who will be it the show. If I can get a jpeg
of your art I will use it for media and internet purposes.
We will give artists tickets for drinks/lunch.
Deadline is May 30. You are welcome to check out the site and the
available spaces left.
Just call or come by 1491 East 2300 North, North Logan.
If you plan to do plein air and just move around the grounds there is no
fee,
but I do need to know to plan spaces accordingly and advertise
individual artists who will be painting,
We will be able to handle credit card sales for lawn artists in the old
home—
Visa/ Master Card (no charge for sales under $100.00) 4% over
$100.00
Remember, I do have to give you all a Utah State Tax form for your
sales.
VOLUNTEERS:
I am looking for folks that would man the Old Home and be responsible
for sales and help with the event generally.
I also need donated silent auction items. Since the AVA will not
formally be participating more silent auction items are needed.
All funds go to our local High School Art Departments and
The Daniel Lynch Scholarship fund through the Cache Education
Foundation.
We thank you for your support and we will do everything possible to make
this a wonderful event.
